Supporting the Deaf Community
Building access, strengthening practice, and enabling success
Our Mission
We believe people thrive when barriers are removed enabling a better navigation for Deaf adults we serve.
-
Our work is grounded in practical action, shared responsibility, and building pathways that genuinely serve learners and professionals within the Deaf community.
-
We collaborate with educational service providers to deliver content in sign language, using technology to expand access and improve learning experiences. By supporting trainers and practitioners, and increasing access to high-quality educational resources, we strengthen professional practice and support pathways to employment.
-
We build practical systems, strong networks, and meaningful resources that support Deaf individuals, practitioners, and the organizations that serve them. Our focus is not abstract inclusion, but real-world solutions that work in everyday practice.
-
Through conferences, webinars, and collaborative spaces, we connect practitioners, educators, and community members to share knowledge, build relationships, and strengthen the field.
-
At our core, we are committed to removing barriers, amplifying expertise within the Deaf community, and creating structures that enable people to succeed—now and into the future.
We welcome new technology and actively develop solutions that improve access and participation. This includes building LTI-based resources for learning management systems and secure online portals that make training, resources, and program access more reliable for practitioners.
Strong networks create opportunity. We connect people through conferences, webinars, and sector gatherings—creating space for new voices, emerging professionals, and meaningful relationships that strengthen the field.
Meaningful progress happens when knowledge is shared. We collaborate with other programs and organizations to co-develop resources, share expertise, and expand the reach and quality of services.
We invest in professional development and the creation of practical resources. This includes designing training, tools, and learning materials that strengthen practice and build long-term capacity across the sector.
